I. Position Summary This position is responsible for GCN Mobility business development in Zhejiang Province. Under Regional sales strategy, maintain and develop clients for OEM and suppliers customer group for Market Assess and Automated Driving homologation business, functional safety, cyber security and autonomous driving access and tool chain business etc.. 该职位负责GCN东部地区浙江市场的业务开拓,在区域销售策略下,维护和开发主机厂以及供应链在市场准入认证、功能安全、网络安全和自动驾驶评估和仿真工具链等相关业务。
II. Job Responsibilities 1. Sales Target Achievement 销售目标达成 To develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities to achieve the order taking target and key client developing target in the following aspects: 通过专业的销售活动,拓展现有客户和新客户的业务,实现以下几个方面的录单目标和大客户开发目标: ? Develop key OEM (mainly like Geely or other OEM and related suppliers) accounts and maintain business relationship deeply and dig out potential business opportunity for homologation in Zhejiang Province; 在浙江区域开发主机厂客户(Geely系和供应链为主)合规认证业务,维护业务关系,挖掘潜在商机; ? Prompt respond to and follow up customer’s enquiry; 及时回应和跟进客户的询问; ? Drive and coordinate internal resources to achieve customer cooperation project acquisition; 推动和协调内部资源,实现客户合作项目的获取; ? Developing autonomous and connective suppliers new business based on homologation business; 在认证准入业务基础上开发自动驾驶和智能网联准入的新业务; ? Prepare agreement and quotation to customer and support customer face-to-face/teleconference solution presentation. 为客户准备协议和报价,并支持客户面对面/电话会议解决方案演示; ? Collecting market information including competitors and automotive industry developments; 收集包括竞争对手和汽车行业发展在内的市场信息; ? Keep good billing(invoice) and clients’ payment to meet the requirements of company; 保持良好的账单(发票)和客户付款,以满足公司的要求; 2. Sales Development 销售发展 ? Organize market activities to support business development and TüV SüD brand image promotion 组织市场活动以支持业务发展和TüV SüD品牌形象提升 ? Attend assigned technical training to improve technical knowledge continuously 参加指定的技术培训,不断提高技术知识 3. Sales Operation and Support 销售运营与支持 ? Follow sales operation policy in daily sales activity; 在日常销售活动中遵循销售运营政策; ? Support sales in region for successful case and experience sharing; 支持区域内销售人员成功案例和经验分享; ? Attend sales meeting or other meeting assigned by Reporting Manager according to requirement; 根据要求参加销售会议或其他由汇报经理安排的会议; ? Finish the sales report or documents required by Business Line. 完成业务线要求的销售报告或文件。 4. Others 其他 ? Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager 完成报告经理分配的其他任务
III. Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.) ? Bachelor degree and above 本科及以上学历 ? Excellent organizational skills and communication skills 出色的组织能力和沟通能力 ? Good market development, with the ability to develop high-level relationships. 良好的市场开拓能力,具备高层关系拓展能力 ? At least 3 years sales or technical sales working experience in OEM or connective or third-party technical service industry. 至少3 年在主机厂或汽车智能网联或第三方技术服务领域方面销售或技术销售工作经验 ? Homologation business or automotive functional safety or cyber security experience will be a plus. 有汽车合规认证、功能安全或网络安全经验者优先。 ? Excellent English oral and written skills 良好的英语口语和书面能力 ? Be able to travel frequently 能够接受较高频率出差
