Primary Job Function
1. As a global project manager to lead global projects deployment at all sites through the process mapping to identify the right approach with same standard, lead the project core teams from each site and business unit functional team together to deliver the global projects
2. Professional in mechanical design, simulation, systematic design review, R&D and shop floor problem-solving, and deep involvement in the design and development of automatic primary and secondary packaging lines and oral dosing pharmaceutical process equipment
3. Expertise in managing R&D and localization projects, ensuring technical compliance with global regulations while achieving significant cost savings through design optimizations
4. Drive Engineering standard practice to align with Quality requirement

Minimum Education and training experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or a related field, with a desired with a desired 5+ years of strong business analytics experience and project management officer experience.
2. Project management experience
3. Project validation knowledge
4. PMP certified
