--Responsible for manufacturing method management and quality management, including production process, production tooling/die, new process introduction, IE, production layout, etc. Quality assurance system, continuous improvement.
负责制造工艺管理和质量管理，包括生产工艺、生产工装/模具、新工艺导入、IE、生产布局等；产品质量保证和改善、持续改善；
--Develop, establish, maintain and optimize work standards, routing, WI (work instructions), test instruction and other process documents，and standardize manufacturing method
开发，建立，维护和持续优化作业标准，工艺流程，作业指导，测试说明等过程控制文件，实现生产工艺标准化；
--Set up and keep optimizing and improving the manufacturing (assembly and machining) process, manufacturing material flow, production takt, production automation transformation and layout of production line to improve manufacturing efficiency, production quality and cost.
建立和优化提高制造工艺流程、生产节拍、自动化改造、物料流和产线的布局，提高生产效率、生产质量，降低生产成本；
--Responsible for new product introduction, including new process, new equipment, new production line, new tooling/tooling, new product quality planning, PPAP documents approval.
负责新产品导入，包括新工艺、新设备、新产线、新工装/模具、新产品先期质量策划，审核并负责PPAP文件审批流程；
--Responsible for lean manufacturing activities introduction, execution, re-analyzation and improvement. Hold continuous improvement activities to eliminate 8 wastes during manufacturing.
负责精益活动的导入、实施、总结、改善等工作，持续改善减少生产中的八大浪费；
--Responsible for machining program management.
负责机加工工序管理和持续改善；
--Responsible for process flow chart, PFMEA, WI.
负责编制工艺流程图，PFMEA，作业指导书；
--Perform capacity, headcount studies and quality process capability of production line and propose the action plan needed.
不定期对生产线的产能、效率、人员及质量过程能力进行分析，并提出改善建议；
--Secret responsibility for the relative information of technology and business etc.
对公司技术和产品等有关信息负有保密责任；
--Other assigned tasks by superiors.
完成上级主管交办的其它工作。
