Principal responsibilities — Perform a thorough review of customer’s inquiry for process design information, stepping up the concept finding discussion. — Development of process- and plant concepts based on the performance requirements, interpretation- and evaluation criteria of the client as well as under consideration of standardization and cost aspects. — Develop alternatives to be cost competitive with proposals. — Prepare process and concept material for Proposals and project execution phase. — Provide technical support to sales manager and aftersales plant modification. — provide information throughout the various proposal, engineering and construction phases to the proposal and project teams regarding all aspects of Process Engineering — Perform process simulations and concept design according to the work split, provide Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) and process datasheets. — Provide different solutions and comparison, ability to analyse the differences with client focus. — coordinate the procedure in the bidding and design execution phase. — develop sizing information for Process Equipment (compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, distillation columns, separators, reactors, etc.) and provide information in the form of equipment data sheets — provide technical expertise to the project execution team and assist in developing plant control philosophy — Promptly report design progress to senior engineers or department manager. Required qualifications/experiences — Holding bachelor’s degree in process, chemical or mechanical engineering — 3+ years of working experience with ASU and/or chemical process and concept design experience — Familiar with the main components features, good to have some system design experience — Good facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills — Fluent in English
