Job Descriptions Assist in financial review and analysis to facilitate management decision and action Assist in providing operational support to ensure corporate compliance and operation efficiency Communicate staff and operational news to ensure that the necessary action is taken Prepare management reports for management review, decision and action Assist in establishing and monitoring compliance with operation guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency, and enforce appropriate internal controls on operations Manage the team to provide operational support to the business Provide operational support to onshore and offshore offices and businesses globally, and ensure business development and operation efficiency Manage and analyze budgets and forecasts relating to sales, manpower, and operating costs Formulate and implement an effective operational flow, to meet company’s goals and targets Develop SOP's and monitor the implementation Be the gate keeper to ensure that the company is on calendar and SOP'S are followed Conduct studies on how to operate more efficiently and save costs Develop performance metrics across functions and developing systems to monitor these Work across divisions to develop a culture of innovation Enhance all work flow efficiency through various projects cross all operating departments including it, operation, finance, supply chain and merchandising to optimize business results Manage, drive and lead the projects among different internal and external divisions and partners to deliver results on each milestone Drive divisional changes and effective communications across various departments including IT, finance, HR, customer service and administration, logistics, and vendor compliance Handle independently from project initiation, planning and design, executing, monitoring and controlling to closing stage Keep clear project schedule and hit milestones of meeting unique goals and objectives Take ownership of the project by setting ultimate goals and results, communicating in a logistical flow to management team, co-coordinating with project details and executing projects with various relevant parties Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline preferred Minimum 3 years' relevant experience Knowledge of AI tools is a plus Familiar with Merchandising and Trading Business Operations Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties Strong problem solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks environment Excellent command of written and spoken English Literate in Microsoft office programs
