All about the role: The department is FPP EA APMEA Product Care, responsible for Hood and Hob product maintenance, technical support, cost reduction activities and new varients development .
What you’ll do: Responsible for Hood and Hob product Varients development, product maintenance, cost reduction activities and techinical support o Lead Cost Reduction activities from idea initiation until projects implementation and collaboration with related team to deliver cost saving in order to meet the company goal o Quality improvement and Analysis of technical solutions with suppliers, quality team and other involved functions departments o Project management for product varients development according to company requirements, ensuring that project timing, cost , quality, performance according to specification o Improve working process for higher working efficiency o Ensure benchmarking of competitors products on: Technical / functional level & Cost Level. o Working with factory team to solve technical relevant issues and provide techinical support
Who you are: o Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or electronics education. o Above 5 year home appliance industrial work experience , Hood and Hob work experience will be preferred. o Project management skill(PMP) and experience will be preferred o Good communication skill and leadership o Problem solving o Jobs planning and prioritization o Written English mandatory
Where you’ll be:
You will be based at the Hangzhou Plant in China, No. 18 Street, Qiantang District. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling.
