Job Responsibilities工作职责 1.Office supply management, including but not limited to equipment maintainance, stationary and other supplies purchase and , office admin payment and etc. 负责办公室日常行政事务,包括但不限于设备维护,办公文具等日常易耗品采购保管,日常行***款等。 2.Travel arrangement for internal and external customers, including but not limited to ticke booking, accomodation arrangement, visa application, work permit renew, invitation letter issueing. 内部及外部客户的公务差旅支持,包括但不限于机票预订、住宿安排、签证申请、工作许可更新、邀请函准备等。 3.Receive and send mails and packages. Responsible for mail and package receiving, registering and distributing; contact post office to pick out-sending mails and packages. 收发国内外信件、包裹。负责公司往来信件、包裹的接收、登记、分发及签收。 4.Company telephone answering and messenge forwarding if necessary. 公司电话接听并转达必要信息。 5.Receive visitors with good manners. 热情友好地接待外部来访人员。 6.Provide suppport for convenience in staff daily working, including but not limited to desk sets arrange, contact address update, fingerprint recording, stationary distribute, business card preparing. 为员工办公便利提供支持,包括但不限于员工工位安排、联络信息登记、指纹录入、文具分发、名片印制等。 7.Office application forms gathering and submitting to related deparments, including but not limited to OT&leave forms, payment application, reimbursement forms. 办公室员工申请表单收集并提交相关部门处理,包括但不限于加班休假申请单,付款申请单,报销申请单等。 8.Support on team building activities and company event organizing and implement and etc. 协助组织和开展团建活动、公司大型活动和重要访客会议。 9.Release office related announcement, supervise and maintain the working enviroment. 发布行政相关通知,监督和维护办公环境。 10.In charge of company car related affairs, including but not limited to gasoline charging, ETC arrangement, maintanence, annual inspection and etc. 负责公司公务车管理和维护,包括但不限于加油、ETC办理、维护修理、年检等。 11.Other tasks assigned by supervised manager. 上级安排的其他工作。
Qualifications任职资格 1.Education: College or above, English major is preferred; 大专及以上学历,英语专业优先。 2.Work Experience: More than three year related administrative or secretary work experience. 3年以上相关工作经验。 3.Capability: Strong mindset in itiniativeness, good at communication and coordination. Be able to organizing. 有主动工作的意识,善于沟通和协作,有组织能力。 4.Personnel: Optimistic, esponsible, service-minded, careful and patient. 乐观,有责任心,服务意识,仔细,耐心。 5.Language:Fluent english speaking and writing 流利的英文读写及口语表达能力。 6.IT Skill: Familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word 熟悉Mircrosoft Office办公软件。
