Position Summary: 61 Calibrate inspection criteria and working process 61 3rd party on-site job monitoring 61 Perform inspection 61 FA and PSI fail follow up Job Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned: 61 Continuously optimize product protocol to be executable inspection criteria to ensure inspection is effective for product standard and customer’s expectation 61 Work with 3rd party to ensure they could understand PSI criterial well 61 Support to monitor and evaluate 3rd party’s one site job 61 Evaluate PSI manday calculation 61 Analysis risk of PSI on site execution and provide solution of mistake approve 61 Perform pre-shipment inspection per AutoZone inspection process and protocols efficiently and independently. 61 Approved sample handling (e.g. visual/basic inspect, receiving/sending, etc.) along the approved sample process. 61 Support witness testing, perform data collection and testing monitoring at factories as needed. 61 Other tasks assigned by Quality/Compliance manager (e.g. witness tests at manufacturer site). Supervisory Responsibility: None Skills and Requirements: 61 Ethical, comply with corporate code of conduct. 61 Good command of English reading and writing. 61 Bachelor or associate degree, junior and above 61 2-3 years inspection or quality experience. 61 Good Self driving capacity 61 Basic understanding of quality and process management 61 Good communication skills 61 Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project & MS Share Point. 61 Able to accommodate significant travels domestically and internationally per business needs.
