Work Content
1. Identify customers’ requirements precisely and translate them into actionable technical requirements. This ensures that the products developed meet or exceed customer expectations.
2. Contribute significantly to the entire product development lifecycle. Work closely with cross - functional teams to design, test, and optimize EV battery systems.
3. Manage and drive the launch of new products. Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth and timely market introduction.
4. Promote and offer technical services to customers. Resolve technical issues promptly and provide guidance on product usage.
5. Build up application expertise within the company. Share knowledge with colleagues to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the team.
6. Monitor and track the development trends of EV battery technologies. Provide insights and recommendations to the company for strategic decision - making.
7. Maintain the close communication with related networks


Requirements
1. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the EV battery field. 5年以上新能源汽车电池研发经验
2. Solid expertise in EV battery design. Candidates with expertise in thermal runaway management will be given preference. 具有电动汽车电池设计方面的深厚专业知识；优先考虑有电池热失控管理方面经验。
3. Experience in product scale - up. Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE) is a plus.
4. Proven project management experience. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively, both internally and externally.
6. Team player with the ability to collaborate with different departments.
7. Proactive and self - driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
