职责描述：
Global Job Summary: Simulation Engineer’s responsibilities include:
该职位的主要职责包括:
1、Defining and Verifying simulation models for all MPS product lines；
定义和验证MPS全产线的产品仿真模型；
2、Providing Simulation Support for MPS new product defining and verifying.
为新产品定义提供仿真验证支持；
3、Drafting related technical documentation including verification report/application notes；
撰写技术文档包括验证报告，应用手册等；
4、Providing MPS simulation related support and technical training for key customers and field.
为FAE 以及客户提供仿真技术培训和支持.

任职要求：
1、MSEE or equivalent degree or Bachelor degree with 3+ years of Power Electronics experience；
应具备电气工程学硕士及等效学历，或者本科学历3年以上相关工作经验；
2、Ability to analyze complex analog and power electronic circuit；
具备分析复杂的模拟电路及电力电子线路的能力；
3、Excellent simulation software skills including Simplis/Simetrix, Pspice, etc;
良好的仿真软件使用经验，如Simplis/Simetrix, Pspice等；
4、Knowledge of Aether or Spectre is a plus；
掌握Aether, Spectre，相关知识者优先；
5、Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
良好的沟通，撰写及做报告的能力.
