Job Title: A&PD R&D Development Engineer
Role Description:
The R&D Technical Leader will be responsible for developing and optimizing product components (metal sheet, plastic, cast&molded parts), subgroups, and modules. This role involves driving global implementation of new and technically efficient solutions, developing innovative technical solutions, concepts, and innovations aimed at cost reduction and enhancing product experience.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Strong knowledge of 3D design tools (Catia as preferred)
61 Design new parts according to the product specifications
61 Focus on manufacturability and cost driven solutions
61 Optimize existing product components, subgroups, and modules.
61 Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and assembly principles of materials like metal sheet, plastic, cast&molded
61 Drive global implementation of new and technically efficient solutions.
61 Develop and bring to life new technical solutions, concepts, and innovations.
61 Release technical documentation on global mechanical components and subsystems within the PLM-System.
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
61 Simulation competencies as preferred.
61 Strong aptitude for details.
61 Ensure respect for cultural diversity and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
Education and Experience:
61 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent educational background.
61 Good knowledge of home appliance products (or similar products)
61 Track of experience in consumer goods product development
61 Experience in a related field.
Languages:
61 English language proficiency is mandatory.
61 Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
