1. Leading new projects production process preparation
-Tooling & fixture preparation and -PFMEA
-Work Instruction, training etc.
2. Process continue improvement that guarantees a high quality
-Systematic way of problem solving
-Basic knowledge of process data analysis and design of experiment
3. To achieve a stable and efficient production process -Basic IE tools is a must
-Experience of using lean tools on process improvement will be a plus
4. Understanding process capability
- Continuous improvements of Cpk-value and production flow
5. Cooperate with quality team for production and process audit
-Experience process audit will be a plus
6. To conceive, verify and implement new innovative processes
7. To maximise the utilisation of raw materials, to conserve energy resources such as water, electricity and gas
8. Be responsible for operators’ process training
9. Leading operators performance evaluation on process following up
10. To prepare and coordinate the implementation of new processes with the teams and top help implement them
11. Collaboration with production, quality control, CI, R&D
12. Responsibilities in the Areas Work Safety, Environmental Protection and Energy Saving.
13. Fulfil other tasks assigned by supervisors.
