Job Requirement College graduate or above relevant background ; Fluency in spoken and written English; 5-7 years working experience in the buying office; rich experience on the various categories / products, like garden, household, decoration, Christmas, stationary, toy, sports, tools, furniture…etc; Always full energy and actively to the work; good in teamwork, like to learn and like share; Good & efficient communication skills between customers and suppliers; Strong negotiation skills and ability, capable to solve the difficulties and achieve the target;
Job Responsibility Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries; Push & full control the production progress to ensure each steps are on time completed and no influence to the shipping window; Assist the head office sourcing the supplier & products; ask& verify the quotations to be offer to sales; arrange and send the sample for approve; Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production; Evaluate vendors' capability / strength / weakness to be well referenced by the sales team; Arrange buyer/sales business travel and be the good organizer of the trip and the meeting with suppliers; Execute other job task assigned from the managers;
