岗位职责 1. 为客户提供技术支持。 / Provide the technical support to customer 2. 处理销售环节的质量问题。/ Handle the quality issues in sales. 3. 收集质量反馈信息,并报客户,由客户主管转报质量部门。/ Collect the quality information and report the customer 4. 跟踪、分析、总结不合格产品,并进行纠正行动。/ Track, analysis and summarize the nonconformities, and make the corrective actions. 5. 对质量控制工作提出建议。/ Proposals to quality control. 6. 受理、跟踪客户质量返修品,分析原因并汇报给客户。/ Handle, track and returned parts from Customer, analyze the root causes and report to customer. 7. 领导解决客户抱怨整个流程,建立、总结并提交8D报告,满足客户需求。/ Taka e lead to implement the procedure of solving customer complaint, create,finalize and submit 8D report to meet the customer requirement. 8. 负责向客户提交PPAP文件。/ Responsible for submitting the PPAP document to customer. 9. 客户沟通,管理客户服务人员,满足客户的质量要求。/ Communicate with customer and manage the customer service people to satisfy the quality of customer. 任职要求: 1. 大专及以上学历,汽车工程、机械、机电一体化相关专业;/ College degree and above in vehicle engineering, machinery, electromechanical integration related. 2. 具有三年以上外企、合资工厂汽车行业一级供应商同岗位相关工作经验,座椅经验尤佳;/ With three years of foreign enterprises, joint venture factory similar position working experience in auto industry level of suppliers, seat experience is a plus. 3. 良好的口头和书面表达能力,良好的沟通、规划能力,思维敏捷具有较强的书面写作能力;/ Good oral and written expression ability, good communication, planning ability, quick thinking has strong writing ability in writing. 4. 熟悉质量工具、要求对IATF 16949熟悉,对质量体系有一定深度的了解;/ Familiar with quality tools, familiar with IATF 16949 quality system, have a certain depth of knowledge of quality system. 5. 英语书面表达及交流无障碍,口语能作日常工作语言;/ Spoken English written expression and communication barrier-free, can the daily working language. 6. 熟练掌握办公自动化软件。/ Proficient in Office Automation Soft wares
