Strictly follow company philosophy and policy, in particular its rules of ethics, help company to establish a good reputation and brand image in the market;
严格遵循公司的理念和政策，尤其在道德方面，帮助公司在市场上建立良好的口碑和品牌形象;
Strictly follow company quality system, in particular the ISO system, make sure all of the quality issue which include customer and company sides will be proper recorded through the quality system;
严格遵循公司的质量体系，尤其是ISO体系，确保包括客户和公司方面的所有质量问题，通过质量体系进行记录;
Penetrate into the market of waste treatment service in Huaibei and other cities close to Huaibei, achieve the sales target and KPI;
增加公司在淮北及邻近城市的废弃物处理服务的市场占有率，实现销售目标和KPI;
Provide professional consultation, technical support and service to customers, develop an understanding of customer’s waste generation pattern, manage the interface between the company & its customers to ensure a smooth performance of the service and thus, the satisfaction of customers. Manage the customer reasonable expectation, and make sure the disposal contract running smoothly;
提供专业咨询，技术支援和客户服务，培养对客户废料产生模式的理解,管理公司与客户界面，以确保良好的服务水平。满足客户合理的需求，并确保废料处置合同的顺利完成;
Collect market information; Seek for potential customers; promote company’s service.
收集市场信息;寻找潜在客户; 推广宣传公司处置服务;
Prepare sales report on a regular basis and analyze these data to find business opportunities.
准备销售报告，定期進行数据分析，以寻找商机;
Continued learning the industrial knowledge in the work, meet the market and customer’s change.

Qualification and experience required for the job
工作所需资格和经验
Bachelor: Major in business, marketing or related;
大学本科毕业，商业，市场营销或相关专业;
3 years marketing, sales or business working experiences in chemical, petrochemical industry;
3年化工，石化等行业的市场营销，销售或商业工作经验;
Fluent in English communication;
流利的书面和口头英语沟通能力;
Strong interpersonal skills and business awareness;
人际交往能力强和商业经营意识强;
Microsoft office;
使用微软办公软件(Word和Excel) 能力熟练;
Open mind, can-do attitude.
