主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
? 通过平衡生产来满足客户要求生产计划和控制并实施拉动体系;
Must balance production to meet customer requirements for production planning and control, pull system implementation;
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
? 分析、理解并准备客户的需要，确保在生产活动中得到反应;
Analyse, understand and prepare customer needs to ensure responsiveness in production activities;
? 分析客户交错货物的金额（MPM），以提出改善行动计划：确定并优化数据收集，交换并确保数据在系统中进行整合;
Analyse the amount of customer cross-shipment (MPM) to propose improvement action plans: identify and optimize data collection, exchange and ensure data integration in the system;
? 通过管理报警和检查货物的运输和交付来追踪检查客户的交付程序;
Track customer delivery procedures by managing alerts and checking shipments and deliveries.;
? 准备每月的销售和运营计划(PIC)，以获取正确的批量级别，并优化资源（人员、机器、材料和供货商准备情况和能力）
Prepare monthly sales and operations plan (PIC) to obtain the correct batch level and optimize resources (people, machines, materials and vendor readiness and capabilities);
? 实施并促进主生产计划(PDP)，以确保生产计划并根据客户需要的变化来制订生产线各项要求;
Implement and promote the master production plan (PDP) to ensure the layer production plan and to formulate the product line requirements as required by the customer;
? 负责组织及协调给客户的100%准时化交付，监控成品半成品库存水平;
Responsible for organizing and coordinating 100% just-in-time delivery to customers, monitoring finished product and semi-finished product inventory levels;
? 负责TPA和生产均衡板的监控，物流部对生产部的接口，物流部对客户的接口；
Monitor TPA and levelling board, logistics interface to production, logistics interface to customers；
? 推动物流精益生产，推动现场物流不断改进，拉动系统在公司的推进；
Promote logistics lean production, promote the continuous improvement of on-site logistics, and promote the promotion of Pull System in the company.
资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
? 教育背景/Education: 大学本科以上学历，供应链管理、工业工程专业优先Bachelor's degree in industrial or supply-chain management；
? 经验/ Experience: 在工业环境中生产方面的工作经验 Experience in production in an industrial environment
? 技术和能力/ Skills and competencies:
SAP使用经验，特别是PP模块(SD和MM经验更好)；
SAP knowledge appreciated, especially PP module ( SD and MM are a plus)良好 Skill
具有跨部门和跨文化沟通协调能力; Multi-functional & Multi-cultural communication; 良好 Skill
客户导向/团队精神/自主性；Customer orientation / Team spirit / Autonomy 良好Skill
? 语言能力/Language: 英语CET4级以上，听说读写满足工作要求English CET4 or above, listening, speaking, reading and writing to meet the work requirements.
