主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
供应商质量工程师负责发展供应商QCD绩效，并协助量产采购员组织和跟踪关键供应商的质量体系和绩效。The Supplier Quality Development Engineer is in charge of developing supplier QCD performance for a defined list of suppliers. He/she supports the series buyers to organize and follow-up the quality systems and performance of critical suppliers.
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
推动供应商质量工具部署;Promote the deployment of quality tools at Suppliers.
从供应商评估、项目或量产升级等方面确保/组织并协调相关供应商发展;Ensure/organize and coordinate the related Supplier Development actions, based on inputs from assessments, Program or Series escalation.
对质量问题多的供应商实行提升或者收敛计划。Carry out improvement/convergence plan with Red list Suppliers (as defined from red list or requested by commodity).
通过供应商发展活动提升专用供应商的QCD表现。Improve the QCD performance for the list of dedicated suppliers through Supplier Development activities.
根据佛吉亚标准进行供应商绩效评估，协助采购工程师制定有效的行动计划。Perform assessment according to FAURECIA standards and supports the Commodity buyer to obtain efficient action plan.
对供应商培训佛吉亚工具：QSE/7Basics,PSE及其他相关工具。Train the suppliers to FAURECIA tools: QSE/ 7 Basics, PSE and others .
推荐项目和量产的供应商选择。Give recommendations for supplier selection in programs and series.
完成上级交代的其他任务。Complete other task assigned by manager.
资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
教育背景/Education: 本科学历以上。理工科专业优先。Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Mechanical
经验/ Experience: 至少3年以上同等岗位经验。汽车行业优先Minimum 3 years experience in an industrial manufacturing supplier quality, automotive industry is preferred
技术和能力/ Skills and competencies:
熟悉APQP& PPAP和质量准则
APQP & PPAP validation process knowledge ,Quality Basics.
熟悉供应商评审流程Supplier audit process knowledge.
熟悉了解质量和效率管理Quality & productivity management.
熟悉项目管理流程。Knowledge of Project Management methodology.
熟悉了解质量和效率管理Quality & productivity management.
熟悉产品Product Knowledge.
语言能力/Language: 良好的英语读写技能。Good English reading and written Skill.
能够遵守公司的道德规范、管理规范以及行为准则的相关要求。To comply with the company's code of ethics, the requirements of the relevant management regulations and code of conduct.
能够遵守佛吉亚10个环境要求及ISO14001的相关环境要求。To comply with Faurecia 10 Environmental Attitudes & relative environment requirements of ISO14001.
