工作职责:
1. Evaluation of new semiconductor process and introduction of derivative products
2. Engineering experimental planning and distribution management
3. Establishment and maintenance of R&D/production product process
4. New product R&D device monitoring process flowprogram development and control
5. Lead process change setting system development and control
任职资格:
1. At least 10 Years above experience in DRAM /flash /Logic related Fab
2. At least 10 Years above experience in Process intigration or Yield analysis or Product enginnering/Device
