主要任务/Main tasks: 61 负责指定区域内现有客户的开发及维护,完成月度及年度销售目标 In charge of the developing & maintaining for existing customers in assigned area and achieve sales target 61 积极推动目标客户的开发,制定并实施开发计划,不断提高在指定区域内及目标客户端的销售占比 Actively promote the development for target customers, create and implement development plan to keep increasing the sales share in assigned area or target customer 61 与战略客户团队合作推动集团全球客户的持续开发,不断扩充集团客户的供货范围,保持与集团客户的紧密合作 Cooperate with Key Account Sales team to keep developing the global customer of Hahn-Kolb group, keep enlarging the supply scope and the keep closely cooperation with global customers 61 配合内勤团队,及时处理客户需求及问题,提升客户满意度,维护良好的客户关系 Cooperate with internal sales team to fix customer’s demand and problem in time, improve customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationship 61 追踪客户付款情况,及时收款 Follow up customer’s payment and fix the collection in time 61 完成公司要求的相关销售报告及其他直线经理指派工作 Finish the sales report and other assigned work by line manager
任职资格/Qualification:
61 专科及以上学历,技术或工科专业优先 College degree or above, major in technology or engineering is preferred 61 3年以上工业产品销售经验,熟悉当地工业品市场和销售模式,有通用工具或刀具销售经验者优先 3 years plus experience of industrial product selling, familiar with industrial market and consultant sales model, experience of general tools or cutting tools to end user will be a plus 61 强烈的客户需求识别和客户获取能力 Strong Identification of customer needs and Customer acquisition 61 较强的经济和商业思维,对市场和定价的理解同时结合有较强的服务理念 Strong Economics and business thinking, understanding of the market and the pricing combined with a strong service idea 61 期望以勤奋、专业、道德和诚实的方式开展业务, Expected to conduct business diligently, professionally, ethically and honestly 61 有较强的书面/口头沟通能力 Written/oral communication skill is necessary 61 能够独立工作,较强的执行力,自我管理能力和工作方法 Independent self-starter, strong executive ability Self-management and Work Methodology
