之前的岗位，外部灯具产品工程师，英文流利，必须要大众项目经验
a. 5 years’ experience in technical development in Automotive lighting development
b. Familiar with the VW PEP (product development process) and exterior lamps (eg. head & rear lamps, small lamps) development process with rich experience.
c. Familiar with lamp construction, basic knowledge of optical, thermal, electronic.ect
d. Good skill of Catia 3d production, section analysis, 2d drawing.
1. Lead the exterior lamps part and system development work, responsible for the project time schedule and final part level and system level release for SOP.
2. project cost control(including development cost/part material cost etc.)
3. Take whole responsibility for the lamp parts and work together with the whole car development team ( cooperate with Lay out/Design/Surroundings parts etc. internal R&D department).
4. Take whole responsibility for the communication work with other departments, including purchase / finance and logistic etc..
5. Active to collect and learn the new technology and the market trend in China.
