Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for plant cleanroom optimization projects.
Cleanroom construction management, need to check the proposal and materials to see if it can meet cleanroom requirement.
Site supervise vendor’s activity to make sure to meet the safety and cleanness requirement according to actual needs.
Analysis for the unnormal cleanness situation and follow up the cleanness test result .
Responsible for optimizing process method of improving cleanliness of clean room operation.
Cleanroom daily management, need to judge the consumables and materials which are new for production. Bi-weekly onsite check in cleanroom and cooperate with QA team to meet customer requirement.
Enhancing the efficiency of HVAC system to achieve the low-cost and efficiently operation target of facility.
Other task assigned by line manager.
Education & Experience
Bachelor in HVAC or related mechanical/electric major.
Solid experience and technology accumulation in cleanroom management and facility field.
8 plus years of related working experience of cleanroom management
Project management and equipment development experience is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong sense for safety, process control and process discipline.
Be familiar with cleanroom operation.
Good at the use of Auto CAD.
Computer skills (working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office).

Cleanroom air flow analysis.
Good Oral/written English communication skill.
