Purpose of the Position:
Manage the raw material supply assurance with low cost and ensure agile supply to support the business growth

Day to Day Responsibilities:
61 Covert ops plan to materials plan. Release PR to suppliers
61 Working with Logistic/purchasing team to monitor the end to end delivery for RM
61 Manage the Raw material supply plan from inter companies
61 Working with engineering to align the ratio/reuse strategy to support the RM consumption accuracy
61 Manage the RM inventory level to reasonable level to support operation
61 Working with engineering to manage the cookie plan/Reuse plan
61 Working with logistic to support the process trade within CHCL
61 Continuously improve planning system. Be responsible for planning documentations, training and work flows update
61 Interfaces with materials demand and production planner to ensure plan is up to date

61 RM supply for New composition
61 RM transaction project

Reporting Structure:
61 Report to Planning leader

Education & Experience
61 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or above
61 5+ years’ experience on production planning role
61 Strong record of results for a multi-national company.

Required Skills
61 Familiar with office software and SAP software.
61 Familiar with import/export process & protocols
61 Good knowledge of materials & plan management
61 Strong ability of solving problems and communication skills
61 Fluent written/reading English
61 Advanced user of Excel
61 Familiar with import/export
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
61 Strong sense of urgency
