工作职责:
1. Formulate the technical roadmap according to the company's product roadmap.
2. Coordinate and decide the implementation plan and implementation steps of the technology roadmap. Coordination departments include CSO, PMO, Design(Layout, CAD, circuit design), product(testing, probe card, product requirement), device(device targeting, TEG, TCAD), ACD, QRA, PDK, LTD(DR, DRC,DFM), UPD(process, OPC, MTC), IE, LAB, MI(mask design, metro, defect), etc.
3. Establish and cultivate pie team corresponding to the realization of technology roadmap.
4. Plan and implement the corresponding meeting to realize the effective control and promotion of the whole R&D process
5. Be responsible for effective communication with managers at all levels to ensure various resources required for R&D process, including HC, finance budget, silicon, priority, lab capacity, Fab tool capacity, advanced equipment, etc.#LI-8
任职资格:
1. Led at least one large-scale semiconductor related project (project team of at least 50 people), R&D project is preferred；
2. Need PIE working experience. Co-work experience with design and device is preferred。
3. At least 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and forward-looking thinking;
4. Need to have working experience in large international factories and be able to manage and coordinate multinational talents well
5. Experience in direct contact with the latest technology nodes of DRAM is preferred.
