Main Responsibility:
Management of all tasks to assure process capability in Hot Prep. area,
Assurance of compound quality and semi-products quality,
Prevention of non-qualified products reaching the market.
1. Ensurance of outgoing product quality
- Ensure quality assurance and inspection policies and procedures are followed throughout the area of responsibility
- Decision on final disposition of off-standard products in cooperation with QM and PI
- Assure appropriate in-process key quality characteristics are over-inspected at the required frequency and appropriate actions are taken
- Drive the SPC process in the hot prep. area and cooperate with production process for continuous improvement
2. Ensurance of quality management system compliance
- Assure plant compliance to IATF16949, legal, customer and internal requirements as required in his / her area.
- Participate in internal and external audits and support the corrective actions following the audits
3. Quality Technician Management
- Manage and direct direct reports
- Train, educate and develop his / her staff
- Responsible for regular evaluation of inspectors according to PoMS requirements
- Complete some other tasks assgined by his / her supervisor
4. Annual budget control
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and ensure the quality department budget is appropriately met in his / her area of responsibility.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Drive and cooperate with other functions and departments for continuous improvement
- Assure internal supplier- customer orientation to assure quality improvement

Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in an Engineering or Scientific field
Bachelor degree is a must,
Fluent english communication is a must
- 3 - 5 Years working experience in Quality management.
2 - 3 Years in the automotive manufacturing industry preferred.
- 2-3 Years in rubber manufacturing and or Quality management preferred.
- Better to have 1 - 2 years experience on leading a small groud or team
- Better to have experienced on a foreign-fund cooperation
