1. Ensure market leadership through quality improvement, manufacturing cost reduction and product development. Ensure the profitability of the developed product and the efficiency of the application process applied.

Qualification岗位要求:
Education学历: Bachelor and above本科及以上
Major专业: Chemical Engineering/Engineering Science/mechanical engineering化学工程/工程科学/机械工程等
Experience经验：gravure printing machine, coating process, Process engineering industrial plants
必须有在凹印机，涂层工艺，工业工艺工程方面的经验
Computer Skill电脑技能：Good良好的电脑操作 English英语：Fluent英语流利
Others其他要求：
Understanding of complex (procedural) technical relations, as well as focused, strong communication skills.
Business thinking, negotiation skills, independent tracking of project deadlines, local mobility within national and international production facilities, persuasion and the ability to organize oneself and work systematically.
Ideally knowledge of printing and hot stamping technologies is desirable.
