岗位职责: Closely work with internal stakeholders as to manage supply assurance for spare parts, materials, and services; Collaborate with project team and GSM sourcing team as to ensure handover criteria be met, review business operation concerns and address requirements/ expectations; Work with cross function team and build up solid supply base for equipment spare parts and services; Plan and execute cost reduction projects as to continuously improve service, quality and total costs via close collaboration with stakeholders; Responsible for material master data and execute material replenishment through proper ordering strategy. Supplier relationship management, contracting and negotiations, risk mitigation, build strong relations with the vendors to drive value through the supply chain; Ensure Global Buying Policy compliance and efficiency and effectiveness in RTP process; Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager.
岗位要求: Bachelor degree or above, 5 years related working experience; Good procurement experience out of manufacturing company; Good interpersonal and negotiation skills; Capability to lead or facilitate project plan, ability to balance multiple priorities; Good team work, can work under certain pressure or challenge situation; Strong organizational and problem solving skills; Good language skills in both English and Chinese ; Familiar with SAP, POWER BI Python etc software application and optimization; Analytical and strategic thinking; Project management skills; Auto industrial experience.
