Tasks and Responsibilities 岗位职责:
1. Responsible for relevant new projects quality development based on timing plan.
2. Actively participating in project teams, to cooperate with customer for top level satisfaction.
3. PPAP package initiation and review and support PM to get the sign off PSW in time.
4. Fully understand engineering specifications in quality function and output into internal instruction and implement training.
5. To identify and understand also complete each task come from project team of quality function: trial run/part check report/test report/correction loop.
6. Other activities developed by higher lever.
Requirements 任职资格:
1. 3 -5 years experience in automotive industry as Quality Engineer for new project development or quality function.
2. Family with APQP/FMEA/CP/MSA/SPC/Minitab/ANOVA tools on quality development process both in customer and supplier.
3. Bachelor Degree required preferrably in familiar with TS16949 system internal audit requirements.
4. Technical knowledge of basic engineering principles. Be able to read drawing.
5. Familiar with production processes (mechanical, injection molding, welding, assembly, rubber parts etc.)
6. Team player in CFT and positive communication skills.
7. Good English both in written and oral.
