MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Review contract compliance (volume, pricing, utilization, efficiency, Free of Charge) Review and assure Abbott adherence to customer KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities Prepare and participate in customer business reviews support Ambassador in commercial sales and value expansion Support Ambassador in sales process for renewals Analyze and optimize instrument utilization Develop and manage local key opinion leader relationship in the clinical and laboratory medicine field. Put up action plans and/or local product familiarization studies and/or other measures to ensure excellent customer satisfaction performance. Responsible for developing and delivering educational product collateral to meet accounts’ needs. Collect and report competitor activities, materials and other intelligent information in the field Initiate and follow up key projects assigned by National Marketing team together with local sales team, monitor performance of local team Work closely with National Marketing team so as to exploit full marketing intelligence REQUIREMENTS: Experiences in clinical laboratory, life sciences or medical products in the sales & marketing capacity.
