1.Lead the development and implementation of T-Box functionalities for automotive platforms, ensuring integration with vehicle communication systems. 2.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define T-Box requirements, including gray, color, and RTM features, and ensure alignment with overall vehicle architecture. 3.Utilize diagnostic tools (ODIS), CAD software (CATIA), and communication protocols (CAN/ETH) to develop and test T-Box solutions. 4.Manage the T-Box development lifecycle from project initiation to SOP (Start of Production), adhering to agile development methodologies. 5.Conduct software testing, maintain development processes, and troubleshoot issues using problem management systems (Ticket system). 6.Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to track development progress and resolve any complaints or issues related to T-Box. 7.Provide technical audits and coordinate with teams to ensure the T-Box meets regulatory and engineering feasibility requirements. 8.Participate in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including BOM, DFMEA, and technical drawings. 9.Engage in continuous learning and improvement, sharing knowledge and solutions to enhance team capabilities and product quality.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Automation, or a related field. 2.Minimum of 14 years of experience in automotive R&D, with a deep understanding of the automotive development process. 3.At least 8 years of experience working with SAIC Volkswagen or similar automotive companies, with a strong grasp of their development systems. 4.Proficiency in CATIA V5, ODIS, Connoe, CAN/ETH, KVS, WEB42, and Ticket problem management systems. 5.Solid knowledge of ZDC DID definitions and the ability to write and test ZDC to meet vehicle testing requirements. 6.Expertise in vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication, including T-Box, gateways, and main unit interactions and architecture. 7.Experience with agile development practices, software management, and project management, capable of independently managing projects from initiation to mass production. 8.Strong logical thinking, independent learning, problem-solving, and stress management skills. 9.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English (CET4 or equivalent proficiency). 10.Demonstrated ability to summarize and share development experiences and solutions effectively.
