岗位职责：
1. Form and develop a quality team capable of meeting customer’s and company’s expectations.
2. Develop and maintain a quality system that can meet the customer’s and company's quality goals.
3. Review and improve the quality system and procedure as part of continuous improvement.
4. Monitor quality objective result and take action to improve
5. Daily review of quality issues and leads the team to timely executed resolutions
6. Review APQP plan and assure all objective can be achieved
7. Write, review, approval and submit PPAP according customer requirement
8. Lead and guide engineers in quality interactions with customers and suppliers.
9. Set up and maintain reliability labs, testing and system requirements.
10. Responsible for quality system TS16949 implementation and maintenance
11. Push ahead with 5S, safety and improvement activities;
12. Other matters and issues that may arise as part of the quality functions.

任职资格：
1. Proven minimum 6 years of experience in quality supervision position in automotive industry, familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, customer complaint resolving
2. Must have degree or equivalent in mechanical Engineering degree from recognized college
3. Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Design, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TS 16949, and ISO 14001
4. Language Skills: Mandarin/English,German is highly preferred
5. Ability to solve complex problems through logical reasoning
6. MS office /Fluent English communication skills both in writing and oral
