Job Responsibility：
1. Interdisciplinary work, especially with engineers and chemists.
2. Development of innovative technology, for example:
a) Antireflection coatings
b) PVD processes
c) Material processing with lasers
d) Microstructuring of surfaces
e) Own ideas
3. Scouting for new materials
4.Assistance in the development of strategic plans
岗位职责：
多学科工作，尤其是与工程师和化学师合作。

Qualification：
1. Master or doctor’s degree with focus on Physics or Optics.
Knowledge in fields below required:
a) Optics:
o Reflection, transmission and scattering of solids (very important)
o Design of thin film optics (important)
o Measurement of thin film thickness and refractive index (important)
o Material processing with lasers (important)
o Radar technology (important)
b) Physical vapor deposition:
o Thermal evaporation (very important)
o E-beam evaporation (optional)
c) Programming skills, preferably with Python (important)
d) Fluid dynamics, evaporation of thin liquid films (important)

2. Strong understanding of complex technical relationships and the motivation to solve challenging tasks with a systematic and persistent approach.
3. Good communication skills in English and readiness to work in an international team.
4. Willingness for occasional business trips or customer visits.
