职位目标 负责在保合同的续签、转签以及市场重获,保持和改善客户关系。 Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责 - Accomplish annual target by conversion, renew and recovery contracts signing; 在用电梯免保转签、续签、市场电梯恢复的合同签约,完成公司下达的业务目标; - Collect and analyze maintenance market & competition information, establish personal recovery candidates pool; 所在市场的市场信息、竞争信息收集并建立个人重获的机会清单数据库; - Price Negotiation and Price Adjustment; 进行价格谈判及提价; - Customer Relationship Maintain and Extension; 客户关系维护和拓展; - Make Customer visitation plan and conduct it; 按照销售拜访的要求计划及执行客户拜访; - Attend Sales Regular Meeting, Feedback Visitation Result and Conduct Monthly Forecast; 按时参加服务销售例会,及时反馈销售活动信息,完成项目预测; - Quotations/Proposal/Contract/Tender/Customer Communication Letter Preparation, familiar in use of sales tools; 报价方案、评审、合同、招投标及其他客户往来函件的文档准备,能熟练使用销售系统工具; - Assist on Large repair job and AR collection of difficult situation; 协助进行大修谈判和疑难项目的AR回收; - Finish other tasks assigned by direct supervisor; 完成上级临时安排的其他任务; Critical Ability, Skill and Knowledge 关键能力、技能和知识 - Result Oriented and Perseverance; 结果导向,锲而不舍; - Excellent communication and sales skill; 优秀的沟通和营销能力; - Teamwork spirit, responsible and active; 具备团队合作精神;有高度责任心和进取心; - Good time management and project management ability; 良好的时间管理和项目管理能力; - Good Market Competition Acumen; 有良好的市场竞争敏锐度; - Basic English reading and writing skills, familiar with PC application and database; 一定的英语读写能力,熟练使用办公自动化和数据库; Education Background 教育背景 - College degree or above 大学本科以上学历 Work Experience工作经验 - 2 years’ sales experience, service industry or E&E related industries working experience is preference. 具备2年的销售岗位工作经验,有服务性行业或电梯行业工作经验优先。
