Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责 (Break the position objective into specific responsibilities 分解职位目标、明确该职位的主要职责) - Collect market information and make acknowledge of customers, analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products to the customers; 收集市场信息、了解客户情况、分析客户需求、向客户推荐合适产品; - Execute quotation process from selection, biding, quotation, tracking and assignation; 执行公司销售报价流程,进行项目的甄别、投标、报价和跟踪,直至签约; - Improve the biding and success rate and fulfill sales targets; 提高投标率和中标率,完成公司下达的销售指标; - Manage contract management and ADF to meet customer requirements, based on the Company’s process; 严格按照公司销售流程进行合同处理,根据合同填写ADF表等,以保证符合客户要求; - Manage the contract after sales and coordinate customer and fulfillment departments based on the sales contract; 负责合同售后处理,根据销售合同协调客户与生产及安装等有关部门之间的联系; - Acknowledge and feedback the progress in time and accurately. Control inventory; 及时准确地了解和反馈已签合同的现场进展,控制库存; - Be responsible for AR for sales part; 货款回笼、催讨应收帐款; - Regulate, manage and develop agencies; 规范、管理和发展代理商; - Complete other related jobs from Sales Supervisor; 完成销售主管交办的其它与业务相关的工作;
