1.UI Design - Car Graphic Designer
Creation of specification
? Creation of Motion Designs and Animation Specification for development.
? Creation of 3D Designs and specifications.
? Clarify the Design Lib and Heroscreens with the Volkswagen Design and Volkswagen Anhui/Tech Co.
? Create 3D and Design guidelines for core framework elements (offline, online or interactive)

2.UI Design - 3D and Motion DESIGNER
Creation of specification
? Creation of Motion Designs and Animation Specification for development.
? Creation of 3D Designs and specifications.

? Create 3D and Design guidelines for core framework elements (offline, online or interactive)

3.UI Design - 3D and Motion DESIGNER
Main Responsibilities of a 3D Concept and Prototyping Expert:
? Creation of 3D Designs and specifications (assets, animated designs, guidelines, sketches, storyboards, ..)
? Alignment and clarification with stakeholder and suppliers for 3D content
? Creation and clarification of the 3D Guidelines and Heroscreens with the Volkswagen Design and Volkswagen Anhui/VCTC.
? Creation of prototypes of 3D and UI elements for user testings or alignment with stakeholders, Supports display on different display devices

Requirements for a 3D Concept and Prototyping Expert:
1. Proficiency in 3D Art Tools and Software:
? Mastery of various 3D art tools, including but not limited to Blender, C4d, 3D MAX, MAYA, Zbrush, Photoshop, and expertise in rendering and animation software such as WebGL, Blender, VRED, Unreal, Unity, and Kanzi.
? Experience in interactive visualization and art design using WebGL and other engines, with a deep understanding of design and development workflows.
? Knowledge of graphic rendering techniques, such as PBR (Physically Based Rendering), HDR (High Dynamic Range), and post-processing. Proficiency in rendering modules within WebGL and Unity engines, including materials, lighting, and rendering.

2. Output for Review and Presentation:
? Output 3D resources into interactive prototype documents that run on different devices, such as offline computers, tablets, etc
? Ability to create files suitable for review and presentation, effectively conveying design concepts and visual impact.

3. Creative and Artistic Sensibility:
? Possesses creative thinking and artistic sensibilities, with a solid understanding of photography principles, color theory, and composition rules.
? Capable of creating designs and artwork that evoke aesthetics and visual impact.

Profile Requirement
1.UI Design - Car Graphic Designer
Experience:
? Bachelor degree or above in Design or Psychology or related majors
? Working experience in agile project
? Working experience as a UI Designer
? Working experience with VW is an advantage

Skills:
? Good team player and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Good analysis capability, logical and lateral thinking.
? Knowledge of HMI development and HMI concept design
? Knowledge of Cooperation Tools and Writing Skills
? Be able to set up, manage and use Skype/Teams, Sharepoint, Confluence, Frontify, Firgma, Sketch, Jira, ..

Language:
? Excellent language skills in English mandatory.
? German is an advantage.

3UI Design - 3D and Motion DESIGNER
Experience:
? Bachelor degree or above in Design or related majors
? Excellent language skills in English mandatory.
? Experiences to create User Interface Designs, Illustrations, Icons
? Working experience in agile project
? Knowledge of HMI development and HMI concept design
? Knowledge of Confluence and Jira
? Working experience in agile projects
? 4 years or above, working experience as a UI or UX Designer
? Good team player and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Be able to set up, manage and use Skype/Teams, Sharepoint, Confluence, Frontify, Firgma, Sketch, Jira, .
