主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
? 在集团FES的框架下管理和开展物流的各项工作，执行和拓展佛吉亚生产控制及物流的政策。Manage logistics activities of a plant and, in the framework of FES, deploy the Faurecia PC&L policy.
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
? 客户关系 Customer relationship
? 监督和指导日常工作；Supervise day to day activities；
? 对客户需求作预测,对客户需求变化进行应对。如有因客户产量和工程变化导致相关呆料费用，负责向客户进行沟通；Anticipate customer requirements，response for customer demand change, any obsolescence, need to demonstrate to customer；
? 工厂内部物流协调 Logistic coordinate within plant
? 监控物流的各项流程；Monitor logistics process；
? 制定PIC交由工厂经理会讨论; Prepare and propose the PIC (Sales and Operations Plan) to the plant Management Committee;
? 与生产部经理共同保证PDP的达成; Assure the responsibility of the PDP (Master Scheduling Plan) with UAP managers;
? 支持生产，保证QCD目标一致; Support operations in matching QCD objectives;
? 贯彻执行物流改进计划，并与其他部门相协调; Implement logistics improvement actions, in coordination with the other plant functions (Quality, Production System Efficiency …);
? 负责根据客户需求制定生产计划，并监控生产计划的完成情况; Be responsible for work out production plan based on customers’ needs, monitor production process;
? 发展和监控所有物料计划和控制方面的政策的实施。定义和发行物料计划和控制方面的指导书。审阅物料控制报告，与生产部和其他相关部门沟通。对改进物料库存方面进行建议; Develop and monitor the implementation of policies in relation with material planning and control, set up and publish guidelines regarding material planning and control. Review relevant reports on material control. Work with UAP and other department to improve material inventory performance.
? 供应商管理 Supplier Management
? 提高物流供应商绩效，改善与他们的关系; Improve suppliers and logistics partners performance and relationships;
? 计划、组织和管理产品发送的活动。负责计划和协调发货活动，并负责协助选择物流供应商和管理物流供应商；Plan, organize and management products delivery. Be responsible for plan and coordinate transportation and assist to choose and manage transportation supplier；
? 团队管理 Team Management
? 保证团队成员的安置，培训和发展；Ensure staffing, training and development of team members；
? 确保员工激励工作的展开和执行 （如：月度会议，合理化建议，自主管理等）；Ensure the deployment of the Employee Empowerment tools (monthly meeting, improvement ideas, autonomous groups…)
? 物流绩效跟踪及改善 Logistic performance follow up and improvement
? 监控物流绩效;Monitor logistics performance;
? 按时提报工厂物流绩效指标，制定改善计划; Ensure the reporting of plant logistics performance (particularly FES indicators) and plant logistics action plan;
? 计划、组织和管理与物料链和物流链全面管理相关的活动。发展和改进公司的物流控制系统，确保物料和产品的供应，保证物料的可追溯性; Plan, organize and manage overall material and logistic activities. Develop and improve logistic control system to ensure the supply of materials and products as well as the traceability of materials;
? 计划、组织和管理仓库活动。在进料、出料、物料运输、物料处理、物料储藏、物料部署和仓库库存控制等方面建立操作程序。确保仓库的物理条件和设备条件; Plan, organize and manage warehouse activities. Set up operation policy on material in and out, transportation, handle, storage and inventory control. Ensure physical and equipment conditions for storage;
? 完成领导临时交代的其他事务。
Complete other affairs assigned by the leader temporarily.
资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
? 教育背景/Education: 本科学历及以上，理工科专业优先; Bachelor degree or above, science or engineering major preferred;
? 经验/ Experience: 三年以上物流，生产，采购相关工作经验; 2年以上管理经验; 3 years or above working experience in logistic, production or purchase; 2 years or above management level position.
技术和能力/ Skills and competencies:
熟练的物料计划能力和沟通谈判技巧Good Materia planning capability and communication and negotiation skill
精通的掌握汽车零部件的包装需求Talent Be familiar with package requirement for parts in automotive system
对于仓储管理、流程管理、ERP系统、PSE-PC&L (Pull, Kanban, JIT window等)熟练 Proficient in warehouse management, process management, ERP system, PSE-PC&L (Pull, Kanban, JIT window, etc.)
? 语言能力/Language: 英语流利 fluent in English
