Roles and Responsibilities: -Represent Autoliv ”hot line” in resolution of quality issues -Develop Customer relationship related to quality rating -Interface with all concerned Autoliv plants on customer quality issues for timely resolutions -Coordinate the disposition and return of all defective products -Coordinate on-site sorting activities and any rework activity -Support the launches of new products at the customer locations -Review product at warranty centers and customer plants to provide data and information for quality reports. -Customer quality window maintenance -Customer/Internal 8D follow up and submit -Customer satisfaction improvement -Market customer PPM track and improvement -Continuous improvement -APS activity engagement -Leading line audit according AS standard and company QA activity -Take the quality role in change case according CCB procedure. -Lead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process: -To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern. -To communicate and follow up (8D) with CQS according to need. -To analyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions (e.g. PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction) -Coordinate the disposition and hold of all suspect products (GP12) -Check if other ALV plants are affected and apply AS 53 (Q Alert) -Update control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (e.g. PFMEA, SWI, visual aids) -Participate in product/process/dock audits (including AS 67) -Support implementation and maintenance of lessons learned system by active involvement -Inspector performance management Knowledge required: -Familiar with, QS9000, IATF as well as ISO14001. -Good coordination ability, high spirit of teamwork -Excellent English communication skills -leadership 该岗位前期在上海工厂培训,预计2025年***季度回到合肥工厂,培训期享受公司派遣补贴。
