主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
61 焊接新项目导入时产品工艺的开发、工装设备导入及作业标准化建立；生产工艺的优化，生产效率的持续提升，及技术支持; Development of foaming process, introduction of tooling and equipment and establishment of operation standardization when new project is introduced; Optimization of welding process, continuous improvement of production efficiency, and technical support.
61 在工程部负责管理内部资源，确保***的资源利用率; Responsible for managing internal resources in the engineering department to ensure optimal resource utilization
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
61 焊接新项目导入前期，产品工艺可行性分析评估，并提供优化方案；In the early stage of new project introduction, analyze and evaluate the feasibility of product process, and provide optimization plan;
61 新项目导入时，对焊接工装/设备的产能进行评估，提供相关工装/设备的开发计划和技术要求，并主导工装/设备的导入、试制及验收；Evaluate the capacity of tooling/equipment during new project introduction, provide relevant tooling/equipment development plan and technical requirements, and lead the tooling/equipment introduction, trial-production and acceptance;
61 新项目导入时，负责MBOM的搭建，SAP系统维护及作业标准化建立；Responsible for MBOM construction, SAP system maintenance and operation standardization establishment when new project is imported；
61 新项目导入时，主导新产品的调试和技术状态优化，并与研发/质量部门沟通确定可满足客户要求的产品技术状态方案；Lead the commissioning and technical status optimization of new products, and communicate with R&D/quality department to determine the product technical status scheme that can meet customer requirements；
61 量产项目的工装/设备产能评估，及相关工装/设备的开发计划和技术要求拟定，并主导工装/设备的导入、试制及验收；Capacity assessment of tooling/equipment for mass production projects, and formulation of related tooling/equipment development plan and technical requirements, and lead the introduction, trial-production and acceptance of tooling/equipment；
61 负责焊接生产工艺的优化和生产效率的持续提升；Be responsible for welding process optimization and continuous improvement of production efficiency;
61 负责焊接车间工艺布局的策划和后期的优化完善；Responsible for the planning and optimization of welding workshop process layout;
61 对车间正常生产和问题解决提供技术支持；Provide technical support for workshop production problem solving.
61 完成领导临时交代的其他事务。
Complete other affairs assigned by the leader temporarily.
资格要求Qualifications :
61 最低教育背景/Education: 本科学历及以上；理工科专业优先；Bachelor Degree in Engineering
经验/ Experience: 有5年及以上焊接工艺岗位经验；汽车行业优先Minimum 5 years experience in automotive welding process, automotive is preferred;
61 语言能力/Language: 英语读写能力 Good English reading and written Skill
61 技术和能力/ Skills and competencies:
良好的VAVE知识 Knowledge of VA/VE
熟练的气体保护焊和机器人编程Be familiar with arc welding and robot programming
熟练的项目管理能力 Program Management Capability
良好的人员管理，跨部门沟通协调Strong people management skills, interpersonal and communication skills
熟练的使用质量工具(PFEMA/APQP/SPC/MSA)的理论和方法,改进工具(8D/QRCI)的理论和方法the theory and method of quality tools (PFMEA/APQP/SPC/MSA/),the theory and method of quality improve tools (8D/QRCI)
