1. 对应现场生产设备电气故障处理，包括一般的机械故障；
Handle electrical faults of production equipment on site, including general mechanical faults
2. 根据计划对生产设备进行点检和保养；
Inspect and maintain the production equipment according to the plan;
3. 协助设备维修做好现场设备各类备品备件管理；
Assist equipment maintenance and manage various spare parts of on-site equipment
4. 协助设备维修工程师做好日常数据的统计和收集；
Assist equipment maintenance engineers in daily data statistics and collection
5. 对设备频繁发生的问题积极开展对策与改善；
Actively carry out countermeasures and improvement for frequent problems of equipment
6. 具备良好的团队合作；

7. 完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作。

specialized knowledge and skills专业知识和技能

1. 能够看懂电气原理图，具备一定的故障分析、处理能力；
Able to understand electrical schematic diagram, with a certain degree of fault analysis and processing ability;
2. 具有PLC的基础知识和使用经验，会使用常用PLC 软件辅助处理故障，有西门子PLC经验优先；
Have PLC basic knowledge and experience, can use common PLC software to assist troubleshooting, Siemens PLC experience is preferred
3. 有机器人的使用和维护经验，有安川、库卡机器人经验***；
Robot use and maintenance experience, Yaskawa, Kuka robot experience is the best;
4. 熟悉各类电气元器件，了解其工作原理及更换方法；
Familiar with all kinds of electrical components, understand their working principles and replacement methods
5. 具有一定的机械、气动、液压知识，会更换气动、液压元器件及机械零件；
Have certain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic knowledge, can replace pneumatic, hydraulic components and mechanical parts;
6. 会进行电脑操作，熟练使用办公软件。
