Day to Day Responsibilities:
61 Lead internal quality improvement program with cross function
61 Responsible for quality document initial and update
61 Responsible for day to day quality issue handling, risk assessment, drive team for continuous improvement from system and execution
61 Co-work with division and sister plant for quality architecture optimization
61 Lead plant wide quality improvement project
61 Handle plant non-conformity product to meet target
61 Support Customer Complaint Case. Make sure effectiveness of improvement action.
61 Be participant in plant quality related project and provide the insight from quality points of view
Project involved with
61 Lead aDMAIC projects.
61 Support Div. Program to achieve Division strategy goal.
61 Handle Product Qualification process, data collection and analysis. 61 61 61 Review with Product Engineer.

Education & Experience
61 B.S or above degree in Engineering relative major.
61 At least 3 years work experience in QA function or Process.
61 Experience in Optoelectronics industry would be a plus.

Required Skills
61 Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools.
61 Logical thinking and data oriented.
61 Problem solving and decision skill.
61 Good English comprehension in listening, speaking, writing and reading.
