Key Account Manager-Graphics大客户经理-纸类
（与品牌商接触，参与前期开发，新产品开发，新项目开发，项目销售、项目跟踪、资源协调，跟进产品送到下游供应商打样，形成订单）

Detailed Job description 工作说明:

1. 主要客户群体为，终端品牌客户（如宝洁、联合利华、欧莱雅等）的包装设计部门，包装印刷或标签厂的管理层，包装设计部门，技术部门；

2. 推广公司产品给目标客户群，包括推广产品给新客户以及定期推广新产品给现有客户等；

3. 维护客户关系，协助客户产品设计，提供相关的产品咨询服务，或提供必要的技术支持；
4. 参与并协助客户新项目的前期开发，引导并从中协调以促成项目落地；

5. 收集市场和客户信息，把握市场需求并引导销售；

6. 关注主要客户及主要项目的进展情况，并定期汇报；

7. 串联并维护上下游伙伴关系，包括但不限于机器设备商，油墨，纸张，不干胶基材供应商等；

8. 参与并组织展览会，研讨会等；

9. 在领导指导下，参与并完成特定项目，包括但不限于市场调研，新项目开发，项目支持等等。

1. Develop and maintain business with PD of Brand Owners, Management people or Design Dpt. Or Technical Dpt. Of the packaging and printing companies;

2. Promote products to target customer groups, including promote Kurz products to new customers and regularly new products promotion to existing customers;

3. Maintain customers relationship, assist customers for new products designs, provide relatively Kurz products consultant service, or necessary technical support to customers;

4. Participate and assist in customers ‘new products development since initial stage, guide and coordinate to facilitate the success of new projects;

5. Collect market and customers information, obtain market demand to guide sales;

6. Follow up on the main sustaining customers and projects, and report regularly;

7. Build up and maintain up and down stream partners relationship, including but not limited to machine manufacturers, ink, paper substrates, or PSL substrates suppliers;

8. Participate and organize exhibitions or seminars, open houses;

9. Participate and finish specific programmes under the conduct of Line Manager, including but not limited to market survey, new projects development, projects supports, etc.



Qualification岗位要求:

1. Education学历: bachelor or above 本科及以上 Major专业: packaging or correlated包装或紧密相关的专业

2. Experience经验：5 years + experience in marketing and sales 5年以上市场和销售方面经验

3. Computer Skill电脑技能：Office 办公软件 English英语：Speak and write 口语和书面英语良好

4. Others其他要求：1) willing to travel frequently in China mainland; 2) self-motivated; 3) willing to learn; 4) accept challenges and pressure.愿意中国大陆范围的频繁出差，自我激励的，愿意学习，接受挑战和压力
