85 Full ownership of all industrial development activities of the program:
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
85 从定义到执行,负责产品投产的计划和预算.Responsible for the launch planning and budget from definition till execution
85 参与采购或购买策略.Participate in the development of Make or Buy strategy in accordance with Purchasing, Program and Plant(s)
85 从第3阶段开始,负责工厂HSE和人机工程的衔接.Starting from phase 3, be responsible for HSE and ergonomic convergence in the Plant
85 定义工业开发支持团队需求资源包括工作负荷,能力和个人资料Define the Industrial Development support team required resources in terms of workload, competencies and profiles
85 管理工业开发支持团队确保工业发展和工厂投产准备就绪通过工作回顾,任务布置,驱动责任制以及准备和投产相关的人力配置和培训计划.Manage the Industrial Development support team to ensure Industrial Development and Plant launch readiness by conducting reviews, assigning tasks, driving accountability and preparing launch related staffing and training plans
85 在工作量,能力和个人资料方面为工业发展支持团队提供需要的资源(内部/外部)Complete the Industrial Development support team with required resources (internal / external) in terms of workload, competencies and profiles
85 与UAP和PC&L保持联系,计划生产相关的运行/试验Liaise with UAPs and PC&Ls to plan production related runs / trials
85 协调设备和工装的安装和投产Coordinate the installation and launch of production equipment and tooling
85 在交接后的生产过程中支持生产Support the production during the ramp-up after the handover
85 批准下列上游流程开发活动Approval of the following Process Development activities upstream:
85 HSE和人机工程的融合直到GR2B HSE and ergonomic convergence until GR2b
85 管理工厂投产活动Management of launch activities at the Plant:
85 完成领导临时交代的其他事务。Complete other affairs assigned by the leader temporarily.
任职资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
85 教育背景/Education: 本科学历及以上；理工科专业优先Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Mechanical
85 经验/ Experience: 至少3年以上同等岗位经验；汽车行业优先Minimum 3 years experiences in an industrial manufacturing supplier quality, automotive industry is preferred
85 语言能力/Language : 英语流利 English fluent
熟悉项目管理流程Knowledge of Project Management methodology
熟悉APQP& PPAP和质量准则APQP & PPAP validation process knowledge ,Quality Basics
熟悉供应商评审流程Supplier audit process knowledge.
了解生产效率知识Production System efficiency knowledge
了解质量和效率管理Quality & productivity management
熟悉产品Product Knowledge
熟悉流程管理知识Process knowledge
成本降低和结果导向Cost reduction and Results oriented
