职责描述: ■ Be representative to clarify battery product mechanical requirements within project team (understand mechanical design requirements of the battery components and assembly, including the function of each component, technical requirement of components, material and process definition, joining technology, sealing and production requirements etc.). 负责同项目团队一起澄清电池包机械设计的要求,比如电池包零件及装配的机械要求,零件的功能定义,零部件技术要求,材料及工艺定义,连接技术,密封和生产要求等。 ■ Responsible for component specifications check via assessment of component qualification test result 跟踪相应零件的测试认证实验,确保实验结果满足零件技术标准要求。 ■ Carry out risk analysis based on development and change scope for mechanical design. 根据机械设计的开发和变更范围进行风险分析 ■ Checking the issue solving for mechanical topics and support other issue solving in project depends on request. 负责开发过程中涉及到的技术问题解决。 ■ 3D structure data, 2D drawing and PDM creation 制作3D结构数据,图纸及PDM ■ Responsible for release document pre-review 节点数据释放,准备相应评审文件。 ■ Responsible for sample status tracking (component level and pack level) 零部件及系统级样件验证,问题追踪。 ■ Support on benchmarking of mechanical parts, including cost, weight, process, function. 电池包机械零件竞品分析,包含成本,重量,工艺,功能等比较。 ■ Support of the HV battery structural related AWS, Job split negotiation, Supplier TR, LAH preparation. 支持完成电池包机械零件供应商技术评估,发包文件准备,工作分解询价工作。
任职要求: ■ Bachelor degree or above - Mechanical Engineering, Material Forming or other engineering major background 本科及以上-机械工程,材料成型等工科专业背景 ■ 3 years’ experience in HVB housing design and development (parts scope: housing cover, Lower housing, water cooling plate etc.) 3年电池包壳体结构设计和开发经验(零件范围:上盖,下壳体,水冷板等) ■ Skilled to use Catia software. Catia软件熟练 ■ Skilled to use MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint 熟练使用办公软件: Word, Excel, PowerPoint ■ Familiar with HVB development requirement and standards 熟悉电池包开发要求和标准 ■ Know with Aluminum extrude and stamping manufacturing process 了解铝挤出和冲压制造工艺 ■ Team player with good collaborative and problem solving skills 良好的协作性和问题解决能力
