工作职责:
Continuously improve cost calculation logic, optimize cost drivers, establish standard costs, and ensure timely and accurate standard costs through effective communication and coordination with relevant departments.

Organize cost analysis work, regularly submit cost analysis reports, provide feedback on product cost status and issues, analyze factors affecting cost and expense fluctuations, propose feasible suggestions for cost reduction, and assist relevant business areas in cost improvement.
组织成本分析工作，定期提交成本分析报表、报告，反馈产品成本现状及问题，分析成本费用升降因素，对成本下降提出可行建议，并协助相关业务口进行成本改善。

Coordinate and arrange annual cost budgeting and forecasting, determine cost assessment indicators and their calculation methods and standards.
年度成本预算及预测的统筹及安排，成本考核指标及其计算方法、口径的确定。

Collaborate with the information technology department on the construction and launch of SAP CO and other related modules, optimize system settings. Check the accuracy of BOM, process routes, standard labor hours, cost centers, work centers, etc. in the system.
协同信息化部门开展SAP系统CO及其他相关模块搭建及上线工作，优化系统设置。检查系统中BOM、工艺路线、标准工时、成本中心、工作中心等准确性。

In-depth analysis of cost structure, work with Fab to carry out cost reduction activities and achieve cost reduction goals.
深入分析成本结构，协同Fab共同开展降本活动，达成降本目标。

Participate in various business processes related to product costs, ensure business-finance integration, effectively embed cost accounting requirements into business processes, and ensure efficient integration of cost accounting processes with business processes.
参与产品成本相关的各项业务流程，做好业财融合，将成本核算需求有效嵌入业务流程，确保成本核算流程与业务流程的高效集成。

Analyze operational profitability, quality, and inventory management, and other aspects of operational health.
运营盈利能力，质量及库存管理等运营健康度分析。

Build data-driven cost operations and undertake other tasks assigned by leadership.
成本运营数据化建设及领导安排的其他工作。
任职资格:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting or related field.
本科及以上学历，会计相关专业；

Over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, over 10 years of experience in financial cost accounting and analysis, and operational management.
10年以上制造行业经验，10年以上财务成本核算及分析经验，运营管理经验；

Experience in launching and optimizing the SAP CO module is preferred.
SAP CO模块上线及优化经验优先；

Intermediate accountant or CPA is preferred.
具有中级会计师、CPA者优先；

Strong sense of responsibility at work, familiar with the entire process of financial cost control and accounting, with good coordination, problem-solving abilities.
工作责任心强，熟悉财务成本控制及会计核算全盘相关流程，具有较好的统筹协调能力、解决问题能力；
