Managing the continuous improvement of business operation, while enhancing administrative fluency and optimizing business operational logic throughout the ramp-up phase in VCTC. Managing the BoM/BoD/Committee governance and decision-making processes within the organization. Managing ad-hoc to-dos and alignments together with the leadership of the VCTC. 2. Main Tasks At least, the following tasks must be carried out continuously: 61 Overarching project steering and board reporting 61 Top-Management workshops preparation 61 Develop and implement governance policies, procedures, frameworks 61 Budgetary and financial planning 61 Continuous communication with project stakeholders 61 Support and drive overall project governance and cross readiness stakeholder alignment 61 Company ramp up process establishment 61 Facilitate transition and manage change process 3. General Requirement At least five years working experiences with projects in the automotive or software industry, thereof at least two year with projects for the VW Group. Educational background could be Engineering, Finance or Business Administration, at least bachelor’s degree. Personal network to the expected contact partners in the organization in Hefei, Beijing, and Tianjin Project experience in company setup and ramp up
