1、 Prepare production instructions and organize their implementation; Meet customer needs

2、Arrange production according to production schedule, ensure timely completion of production tasks, responsible for the quality of manufactured products and manufacturing process
依据生产排期安排生产，确保生产任务及时完成，对所制造的产品质量和制造过程质量负责；
3、Organize and urge all sections to carry out safe and civilized production, to ensure that the facilities and working environment on the production site can meet the work needs and 5S requirements;
组织并督促各工段进行安全和文明生产,确保生产现场的设施及工作环境能够满足工作需要和5S要求；
4、 Responsible for the workshop staff training, constantly improve the staff's ideological quality, professional quality and technical quality, regular assessment;
负责车间员工的培训工作，不断提高员工的思想素质、业务素质和技术素质，定期对其考核；
5、 Earnestly grasp workshop quality management, strict inspection. Quality accidents should be identified and analyzed, and timely reported to the department
切实抓好车间质量管理，严格检验。发生质量事故要做出鉴定分析，及时报部门处理
6、 Do a good job of workshop statistics, timely report a variety of statements, establish workshop business and technical files
认真做好车间各项统计，按时上报各种报表，建立车间业务技术档案
7、 Coordinate the personnel arrangement in the workshop, continuously improve the production efficiency, meet the production target, budget and cost control target on time;
协调车间内的人员安排，不断提高生产效率，按时完成生产目标，预算和成本费用控制目标；
8、 Mastered the quality status in the production process at any time, coordinated the communication and cooperation between various departments, and solved the problems existing in the production in time;
随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通和合作，及时解决生产中存在的问题；
9、 Guide, supervise and inspect the work of subordinate staff
指导、监督、检查所属员工工作
10、完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作。

二、Specialized knowledge and skills专业知识和技能
1、 Practical experience in technologies in manufacturing processes.
有制造工艺技术方面的实际经验。
2、 One core technology competence (e.g. injection molding, stamping, welding, etc.).

3、 Experience in applying methods for price and cost structure analysis (e.g., product calculations, cost analysis, design-to-cost, value stream methods, value analysis, functional analysis, etc.).

4、 Technical experience idea creation and problem solving.
