CM Operation Management 1.Work for CM planning daily operation to committee service. Long term capacity check of RCCP review. Support 5S projects with cross function to seek end to end saving opportunities to support business from bottom line. CM Planning SOP building and roll out. 2. Work as HC CM quality representative to successfully land Innovations, ensure no quality incident 3. Ensure Quality of the products manufactured from the CM conformance of the HC products to the set Performance Specifications. 4. Handle consumer/customer quality complaint from CM end to identify the root cause, define corrective action and verify the effectiveness of action in time, coordinating with CMs’ quality team. 5. Coordinate with BUQ team to understand the overall CM quality performance, ensure all relevant quality issues handled appropriately 6. Lead Quality Improvement Projects, coordinating with CM, BUQ & RD team to drive the consumer/customer top quality complaint rate down within target. 7.
