Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for daily administrative affairs, including cleaning, canteen and vehicle management; 2. Responsible for the company stationery management, express delivery management; 3. Responsible for reception management and foreign invitation letter processing; 4. Hotel/business trip booking support, planning and organizing administrative meetings/activities; 5. Responsible for blue-collar recruitment and blue-collar employee relations, interview organization and file management; 6. Responsible for PPE management; 7. Other tasks assigned by department leaders.
Qualifications: 1. College degree or above, more than 2 years working experience; 2. Proficient in a variety of office software skills; 3. Good teamwork mindset, drive result and proactive; 4. Agile, willing to accept new things; Good at learning, practical and meticulous.
