2.2 Task Description
Tester: 1. Understand the knowledge of measuring equipment and auxiliary parts measurement; 2. Anhui Volkswagen zp5, zp7 and vehicle support measurement and analysis; 3. Track size problems and monitor size optimization process; 4. Follow the plan developed by MBC to identify process deviations and begin to resolve the problem; 5. Create measurement reports that support clear statements if components or parts meet dimensional requirements; 6. Follow up and make the meeting minutes of the regular meeting of the measurement area; 7. Confirm automobile assembly orders and process analysis; 8. Obey the arrangement of leaders and complete other work assigned by leaders on time. 9. Experience in using CMM. PC (dmi) 10. Experience in using GOM machines. (Scanbox6 series, Scanbox8 series)
2.3 Qualifications and skills
Tester: 1. Bilingual in Chinese and English (written and oral English is preferred); 2. Education is not limited, language and skill standards; 3. Can basically use a variety of measuring tools and measuring equipment (optical measurement experience is preferred); 4. Have basic office software operation ability; 5. Good sense of responsibility, executive ability, communication and coordination ability and ability to work under pressure; 6.3 years or more working experience in automotive industry, with measurement skills preferred; 7. Candidates must be certified by VWA.
Project management and organization
3.1 Organization The necessary equipment (desks, laptops, etc.) will be provided.
3.2 Responsibility The performance of the services described in Point 2 must be guaranteed within the time frame specified in Point 3.4. Narrowing the scope of service or delaying service is not acceptable. Changes must be agreed with VWA in writing.
3.3 Service performance place and working hours: Long-term fixed in Hefei, foreign companies here normally work 40 hours a week, if it involves temporary overtime will have overtime subsidies, business trips will have travel subsidies.
