1.Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive. 学历要求:机械工程或车辆工程本科及以上。 2.Working years: 5~ 8 years of suspension system development experience. 工作年限:3~5 年悬架系统开发工作经验。 3.Familiar with CATIA,ADAMS, and other related CAD / CAE software; 熟悉CATIA, ADAMS等相关CAD/CAE软件。 4.Proficient in daily office software such as Office; 熟练使用office等日常办公软件。 5.Familiar with air suspension and related vehicle performance (K&C,ride & handling etc.) 熟悉空气悬架和相关的整车性能 (K&C,操稳 etc.) 6.Familiar with CDC and electrical control 熟悉CDC减震器和电控 7.Have better practical ability, serious and responsible work. 具备较好的实践能力,工作认真负责。 8.Fluent English 英语流利 工作职责 1.Responsible for suspension system hard point definition and assessment. 负责悬架系统的硬点布置、匹配及评估。 2.Responsible K&C and other performance target definition and assessment 负责K&C以及其它性能目标定义以及评估 3.Responsible for suspension technical proposal review for new Chassis platform, system selection and technical requirement definition, etc. 负责新开发车型悬架系统方案评估,系统选型及技术要求 4.Responsible for suspension system benchmark analysis负责悬架系统零件对标分析 5.Responsible for component development requirement of suspension system, support supplier technical review and support part nomination. 制定悬架系统零部件开发要求,支持供应商技术评审,支持完成零件定点。 6.Responsible for suspension parts supplier management, DVP validation plan and responsible for engineering approval based on part development requirement. 负责悬架零件供应商管理,根据零件开发要求,负责制定悬架各零件试验计划及零件的工程认可。 7. Responsible for evaluating the impact (time, cost, other performance) of performance changes (such as improved comfort) 负责性能变化(如舒适性提升)带来的影响(时间,成本,其它性能)评估。
