Purpose of the Position: Manage the raw material supply assurance with low cost and ensure agile supply to support the business growth
Day to Day Responsibilities: - Covert ops plan to materials plan. Release PR to suppliers - Working with Logistic/purchasing team to monitor the end to end delivery for Raw Materials - Manage the Raw material supply plan from inter companies - Working with engineering to align the ratio/reuse strategy to support the RM consumption accuracy - Manage the RM inventory level to reasonable level to support operation - Working with engineering to manage the cookie plan/Reuse plan - Working with logistic to support the process trade within CHCL - Continuously improve planning system. Be responsible for planning documentations, training and work flows update - Interfaces with materials demand and production planner to ensure plan is up to date
Education & Experience： - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or above - 5+ years’ experience on production planning role - Strong record of results for a multi-national company.
Required Skills： - Familiar with office software and SAP software. - Familiar with import/export process & protocols - Good knowledge of materials & plan management - Strong ability of solving problems and communication skills - Fluent written/reading English - Advanced user of Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. - Strong sense of urgency
